Great location, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fabulous views. The breakfast served was lovely and the check-out process was hassle-free.
The room had a musty and damp smell, with a burn mark on the carpet and dirty curtains. The overall cleanliness of the room was below standard and it felt tired and in need of a deep clean and refresh.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to lots of interesting places. It's also close to some really good restaurants and nightlight. The views are amazing, especially if you have a room with a view. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom was tiny and not well-maintained.

We had a great anniversary weekend at Mercure Liverpool. Our privilege room was clean and spacious with a good coffee machine. The terrace had fine views. Checking in online was easy and staff were helpful. we recommend this hotel.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel as young people. The staff were friendly and the room was quiet, with a good shower and hot water. The location was perfect, central to all the attractions, and we loved the views over the Mersey. The hotel restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the quality and selection of the breakfast was superb. The hotel parking was convenient and reasonably priced at £11.50 per day.
We felt truly spoilt during our stay, as there was no reason to complain.

The room was clean as new and had a safe and hairdryer. I had full control over the thermostat, ensuring a comfortable stay. The views over the river were fine, with a direct view of the iconic Liver building. The staff, especially Zoe, were helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were met and even offering us a suite when we had to change rooms.

I loved staying here - it's in a really central location near lots of city center tourist attractions and the staff were all so friendly. They seemed like this definitely wasn't their first time making guests feel welcome! The room was perfect, with a lovely terrace and there were plenty of amenities like tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and modern hotel with all the amenities you could need.
